Roadmap is empty

You were right, and the reason was worse than a bug: nothing was being triaged into roadmap states, so the columns had nothing to show. An empty roadmap was an accurate reflection of us not working the board. That's the part we've fixed. Requests now move through review → planned → in progress → shipped, and each move is recorded, so the roadmap reflects real state instead of nothing. It lives at /feedback/roadmap. It isn't full, and we're not going to pad it — items appear there when we've genuinely committed to them, not to make the page look busy.
